My focus is on showing sales and support leaders not just what these tools can do, but why they matter and how they solve everyday problems.

Before moving into B2B SaaS, I spent several years writing in the B2C space, producing product reviews and buying guides on everything from gear to niche accessories. Even earlier, I worked as a teacher. Both roles shaped how I approach writing today: keep it clear, practical, and useful. If people walk away confused, the message didn’t land.

At CloudTalk, I dig deep into tools like sales dialers, AI voice agents, and CRM integrations. I don’t just list features—I want to understand how they make real work easier, faster, or more effective. That curiosity and research-first mindset drive everything I publish, whether it’s a 3,000-word blog post or a quick product page.

Outside of work, I’m absolutely obsessed with Formula 1—a world where technology has no limits and where discipline and daring pay off. I’m also a big NHL fan, and when I’m not following races or games, you’ll usually find me reading, hiking, or spending time with my pets.
